Psalm for the Church

Hi all,

There have been some “interesting” psalms during the summer months. For my chuch, I usually stick with the GIA or OCP varieties and then use seasonal ones when I don’t have an option except for chant.

This year my pastor requested the psalm of the week each week. Since not every week had something I was crazy about, I started writing. For the 12th week in Ordinary Time (Cycle A), here is Psalm 69 – Lord in your great love. The cantor is Cecelia Caldwell who has the voice of an angel and is just wonderful to work with.
